A Beautiful Stay

beautiful decorationcomfortable bedpoor housekeeping
The bedroom decoration was very beautiful. The bed was comfortable too. I requested a bathtub and they changed our room. We were so grateful.
The housekeeping standards weren't very good. The hotel did not keep us properly informed about where to park. We only found out on the day we arrived. The instructions were incorrect.
Dining
8/10
The restaurant offers a breakfast with a buffet. The waitress brought coffee and also took plates away. The breakfast has a poor choice for such a big and expensive hotel.
Service
9/10
Staff was very helpful with interim arrangements during the refurbishment. They had tasteful decor and furniture of high quality. New restaurant and bar areas appear appealing and relaxing.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel location is excellent, only two minutes to the shopping area. Public areas look nice and the restaurant looks good. I got a view of scaffolding through my window.

Acceptable Stay with a Car Park Issue

convenient locationclosed car parkinconvenient carry
The location proved convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
I was disappointed since the car park was closed upon arrival, and it had been closed for some time. I had to carry my bags from a public car park, that created a significant inconvenience for me.
